License
The Data Engine Switchboard source and CLI are provided under the MIT License. The optional Field Kit is licensed to one purchaser for their own individual or organization-internal use and may not be resold as a standalone product.
One-time purchase
The Field Kit costs $29 once. Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record and handles payment and refunds. A refunded, revoked, expired, or wrong-product license will no longer unlock the kit.
No migration warranty
Reports describe the supplied fixtures, code, environment, and installed library versions. They cannot prove parity for unseen data or production scale. Explain-plan flags are heuristics, not measured fallback claims. You remain responsible for production validation, backups, rollout, and data governance.
Acceptable use
Use fixtures you are authorized to process. Redact personal, confidential, regulated, or production-sensitive data before assessment. Do not use the service or billing endpoints unlawfully or attempt to bypass their controls.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the software and materials are provided “as is,” without warranty. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Field Kit.
